I had an enjoyable "Tzuki" omasake lunch at Nozomi. For appetiser, I was served an Ikura chawanmushi, which I surprisingly enjoyed, given that I do not usually like chawanmushi. This was followed up with the best dish of the meal, the sashimi platter. All the pieces were very fresh, and I especially enjoyed the Tai, although I was a bit puzzled by the decision to torch the scallops. Nonetheless, a great dish! The Maguro Uni Maki was visually striking but I felt the Perilla leaf that was rolled into the maki was too overpowering. We were then served a Salmon Flake Rice and a Grilled Fish - the grilled fish was excellent, fresh and flavours were on-point, but the rice was somewhat blend in both texture and flavour. Overall, lunch was enjoyable! — Terjemahkan ini
