The overall experience was fine as the service for the staff was really good and one of the staff did a great job in listening to the issue and tried to make me feel better. The wait for the food was unacceptable which was more than 30 minutes on a Saturday's night at 19:45 for only 3 dishes where there was only 1 table (4-5 people) before my turn. There should be a better communication and/or tried to find a better solution. I felt that a short of staff in the kitchen was not a good answer, the hotel should have a better management in overall if the restaurant opens for walk-in especially on Sat's night. I received a plate of fruit as a complimentary once complaint, which was nice. The food quality was good but the taste was just decent. When comparing to the value we received and the price we paid, the overall was fine and it was good enough if the wait was not the point. The service of the staff was really good which you can expect from a premium hotel. They were helpful, nice and friendly and I would not blame them for the wait but I would suggest the management to look after in overall as my first impression was not good and I am not sure whether to revisit or not. — Traducir esto
