The service was excellent, and the food overall was delicious with well-balanced flavors and fresh ingredients. Even though the place was crowded, the food queue was well managed so customers didn’t have to wait in line themselves. The portions were small but just right, allowing us to enjoy a wide variety of dishes. The shrimp was very fresh and bouncy, the salmon was great, and all the sashimi were of high quality. The chocolate lava cake was tasty and not too sweet, while other desserts and menu items depended on personal preference. The foie gras was especially outstanding—tender and melt-in-your-mouth. Since it happened to be my birthday, the staff also prepared a lovely surprise, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.
