Unfortunately, my visit to the restaurant Le Bali through Hungry Hub was anything but pleasant. The reception was unfriendly, and when I asked for directions to the restaurant, I was simply sent alone to search for it, over 600 meters away. When I finally arrived, the restaurant was empty, the lights were off, and it was closed. Confused, I returned to the hotel reception and found that no one was aware of the promotion on Hungry Hub. After 45 minutes of waiting and discussions, a supervisor was eventually called. She informed me that the promotion I had booked was no longer valid and that I should cancel. I pointed out that the promotion was new, but the clarification dragged on for 1.5 hours. In the end, I was only able to order Pad Thai and a salad. The salad was good, but the Pad Thai was inedible and not fresh. Overall, we paid over 1000 Baht to Hungry Hub, while the value of the promotion was supposed to be 2000 Baht. In my view, this was a scam. After more than two hours of waiting, we were still hungry and very dissatisfied. I cannot recommend either Hungry Hub or the restaurant Le Bali. It was a catastrophe! Customer service hungry offer me 200 baht coupon. Is a joke.
