The owner, chef, and staff were all incredibly kind and left a lasting impression.
You can truly feel the care that goes into everything — from the thoughtfully crafted house-made condiments to the impeccably maintained refrigerators full of fresh ingredients, which immediately give a sense of safety and trust.
The flavours speak of nourishment and balance — a true embodiment of the idea that food is medicine.
Even the charcuterie stood out, with a handmade texture and depth of flavour unlike anything I’ve had before.
One standout dish was the fresh fish shabu-shabu in a chicken-based broth. When the paste dissolved, it transformed into a flavour reminiscent of green curry — absolutely captivating.
The coconut ice cream was fresh and exceptional.
While the fine dining course was a bit much for someone with a smaller appetite, especially women, the staff kindly and beautifully packed the remaining food for takeaway. Enjoying it again the next day brought even more appreciation — thank you so much.
This is a restaurant I truly hope to return to many times.
